font-family: Arial;\">Accountability<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Defines objectives and strategies to meet customer\/member requirements and organizational goals and objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Manages performance to achieve expected results.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Keeps informed of performance through face-to-face meetings, written communications, analytical reports, and performance measures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Keeps supervisor informed of progress, issues, and potential problems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Maintains a cost\/effective balance of controls and risk-taking to ensure effective and efficient operation within budget.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Identifies and addresses areas of weakness that may affect organizational performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Freely shares information with team members and superiors<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Takes full responsibility for results. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: Arial;\">Building Trust<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Communicates an understanding of the other person&#8217;s interests, needs and concerns.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Makes and meets commitments that contribute to addressing the other person&#8217;s interests, needs, and concerns.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Takes time to get to know people and genuinely cares about them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Identifies and communicates shared interests and goals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Identifies and communicates differences as appropriate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Addresses perceived harm to the other person by fully acknowledging any harm done, clarifying intentions, and finding a suitable remedy that affirms the value of the relationship.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Is quick to admit mistakes and errors.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Asks for and gives forgiveness.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Uses a win-win approach to resolving conflicts or conducting negotiations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Develops, maintains, and strengthens partnerships with others inside or outside the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Demonstrates honesty, keeps commitments and behaves in a consistent manner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Shares thoughts, feelings, and rationale so that others understand personal positions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Remains open to others&#8217; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l4 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Provides guidance in how to strengthen knowledge and skills to improve personal and organizational performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l4 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Provides new assignments and experiences to develop the employee&#8217;s capability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto;
