{"id":1672,"date":"2018-02-01T15:43:55","date_gmt":"2018-02-01T15:43:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/chadstutzman.net\/?p=1672"},"modified":"2018-02-01T15:43:55","modified_gmt":"2018-02-01T15:43:55","slug":"four-things-leaders-think-about-every-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chadstutzman.com\/?p=1672","title":{"rendered":"Four Things Leaders Think About Every Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/chadstutzman.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Middle-Age-Man-Deep-in-Thought-300x210.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1673\" src=\"http:\/\/chadstutzman.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Middle-Age-Man-Deep-in-Thought-300x210.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Everyone that&#8217;s still breathing is thinking about something.\u00a0 We think about what to eat, when to eat, what we should wear, what we will watch on TV tonight.\u00a0 We think about what other people think about us, we think about and make judgements about other people.\u00a0 We think about losing weight, starting to exercise or eating ice cream.<\/p>\n<p>We all have this dialog going on in our heads.\u00a0 We have conversations about all kinds of things going on in our lives.\u00a0 That&#8217;s pretty normal, but leaders think about a lot of other things.\u00a0 Leader&#8217;s don&#8217;t get stuck in the web of our day to thinking.\u00a0 Leader&#8217;s think about what could be, what should be and how to get there.<\/p>\n<p>So here are four things that most leaders are thinking about:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Leaders think about the future.\u00a0 <\/strong>Leaders are custodians of the future.\u00a0 They are thinking about what&#8217;s next? What could be our next big challenge?
